Sejarah betol la smlm....kami berempat di sini...aduh mak... stress jugak asyik terfikir je hal tu...

My Target Plan

1. Settle Personal Loan Early- by next year 2017 (mine was 5 years loan term)

2. Education Fund untuk anak - RM 10,000 (for starter)

3. Buy a car by cash-axia (after few times to do car loan with bank since 2014)

4. Settle Housing Loan within next 12years-15 years. (mine was 40 years loan term).

5. Collection for my renewal pacemaker every 10 years. (means, I have 8 times -approximately RM20,000 X 8times = RM 160,000)

6. Nak jadi pelabur- Invest in a business (selepas stabil semua) need RM 100,000 to join partnership with someone's stabilize business - mustahil atau tidak?

7. on my 55 I might retire, so I wish my youngest child is 18 years old- dah abes sekolah. So takde lah pening kepala dengan hal sekolah bila umur dah lanjut.. ;p

8. I wish on my 35 years old, I won't involve with new debt. kihkihkih..

9. Nak beli rumah lagi sebagai aset after settle my personal loan- InsyaAllah.
